Can yeast aggravate Ulcerative Colitis?

Hello,


I would like to know if yeast can cause issues when you have Ulcerative Colitis. I have noticed that certain food high in yeast cause me problems(pain the next day).

    Yes I am pretty sure it can.

    In fact I have noticed that when I eat yeast that is not well cooked, I usually get more issues with my colon.

    I am sure it is not good for your guts when you eat some while being inflamed.

    My wife tried to cook home bread multiple times and it never passed well in my guts. While good bread(high heat) from a wooden over(old village) has no effect on my health
