I live in Southern CA, with my wife Judy. I am 72 year old and have been diagnosed “ulcerative colitis”. Searching the web I found a lot of info on Cohn's disease. Not sure if they are one in the same by it's all about the gut. I ordered “Breaking the Vicious Cycle” and am ready to make some serious changes. Any help for the “community is welcomed.
